Get Ready for the Exclusive Dubai RTA Number Plate Auction on December 30!
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is set to auction 90 special license plates with two, three, four, and five-digit numbers on December 30. These unique plates, including AA30, T64, O48, AA555, X33333, V2222, and Y200, will be part of the 114th Open Auction, marking the final auction of the year.

Registration opens on Monday, December 25, and also onsite from 2 pm at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, where the auction will take place at 4.30 pm.
Important Requirements and Fees for Dubai’s RTA Auction
Please note, each bidder must possess a traffic file in Dubai and provide a security cheque of Dh25,000 made payable to RTA. Additionally, a non-refundable auction fee of Dh120 is required, payable at the Customer Happiness Centres or online through the Dubai Drive app or website. Keep in mind, a 5% VAT applies to the sale of number plates.
