Under the new policy, mothers who have completed at least one year of continuous service with Baker McKenzie are eligible for up to 52 weeks (364 days) of maternity leave, with 26 weeks (182 days) fully paid.

Paternity Leave: 42 Days at Full Pay
Fathers are also benefiting from this progressive policy, with up to six weeks (42 days) of fully paid paternity leave. Additionally, the policy includes other parental leave-related benefits to support new parents.
