1. Withdraw Cash Using Your Phone Number:

  • Visit an ATM from one of the participating banks (Commercial Bank of Dubai, Emirates Islamic, Emirates NBD, Mashreq Bank, or RAKBANK).
  • Select the ‘cardless withdrawal’ option.
  • Enter your registered UAE mobile number.
  • Specify the amount you want to withdraw.
  • Input the one-time pin code sent to your mobile phone.
  • Confirm your transaction and collect your cash.

2. Withdraw Cash Using Your Banking App:

  • If you haven’t already, download your bank’s mobile application.
  • Choose the ‘cardless withdrawal’ feature.
  • Enter the withdrawal amount.
  • Provide the mobile number to receive an OTP (One-Time Pin). It can be yours or someone else’s.
