Netflix has just unveiled its latest feature, the ‘My Netflix’ tab, aiming to provide users with a streamlined and personalised streaming experience. Replacing the Downloads tab on the mobile app, this new feature offers a comprehensive view of users’ preferences and saved content.

With ‘My Netflix,’ subscribers can easily access their downloaded content, watch lists, and trailers they’ve watched. Moreover, the tab conveniently presents reminders set for upcoming releases, a list of ongoing titles, and a section displaying recently watched shows and movies.
Netflix encourages users to interact with the platform, tailoring their recommendations accordingly. By saving favourite titles to their My List or giving thumbs up to preferred shows like ‘Bridgerton,’ users can expect the My Netflix tab to curate a more tailored selection of content based on their interests.
The new feature will be initially available on Netflix’s iOS app, starting from July 24, with Android users set to receive the update in early August.
In addition to the My Netflix tab, the streaming giant’s mobile apps continue to offer a Home tab, showcasing the extensive catalog with personalised recommendations and top-trending titles. Furthermore, the New & Hot tab highlights Netflix’s Top 10 lists, new and upcoming releases, and a trending section called “Everyone’s Watching.”
